Organization Structure

Our network board is composed of a diverse committee of ;

Youth Representatives
Advisory Council ( Composed of Experts in Environmental Justice, Laws and Policies, Gender, Community Development) and
Legal advisor and Advocacy Expert

This is composed of;

The Board of Directors ( manage overall management, strategy execution and stakeholder management)
Program managers and coordinators( Ensure implementation of thematic areas; Advocacy projects, capacity building workshops and legal empowerment, community mobilization)-volunteers and Internees.
Eco Champions/Field Support/Eco associates( Innovations and ensure implementation of grassroot/community projects)
Communication manager
Finance and Administration

To achieve our vision we intend to work with the identified key stakeholders including;

Local communities that are affected by Environmental issues and injustices,
Environmental defenders( activists/advocates(advocacy groups), experts and change makers/youth environment leaders, Legal aid Organizations)
Youth groups ,Academia and Research Institutions( including Universities, students associations, youth led organizations and Environmental clubs, Research Institutes/organizations)
NGOs(local and International) that are working on Environmental protection, human rights and Social Justice.
Donors and funding organizations to be able to support our work
Local government agencies and authorities/bodies
